FREE initial consultation

The initial meeting will consist of a 30 minute free consultation where we will discuss your needs and talk about the ways in which I can help you. There will be no hypnosis during this session. Following the initial consultation if you wish to go ahead, we will book your first appointment. Sessions last a full hour.

You will receive professional advice and help from an experienced and fully-qualified therapist. I understand that needs and goals evolve; I therefore work in a flexible and tailored manner to deliver a programme that will suit your specific needs throughout.

I understand how difficult it can be to make that first call. You'll find me friendly and approachable and I assure you my very best care and attention at all times.

Emergency appointments

If you need to book an emergency appointment, we will do our very best to accommodate a meeting within 48hrs. Just let me or my Receptionist know and we will book you in as soon as possible. Please note that emergency appointments are available Monday to Friday except bank holidays and public holidays.
