We all suffer from anxiety from time to time. It
is when it starts impacting on or hindering our life that it is time look
for an effective way to overcome it. In its mild form, anxiety can be
circumstantial as in exam nerves or fear of flying. But it can also
become a permanent debilitating state of affairs and can sometimes lead to
panic attacks.
Hypnotherapy is an effective way to overcome fear and
anxiety. Together we can look for the origin of the anxiety, address
it. We will gradually diminish the influence it has over the way you
think and feel until you are completely free from it.
When working with clients who suffer from anxiety, I
am particularly attentive to their level of anxiety. If you feel
